ABOUT MORPH
Morph Clothing is an online boutique of high-end streetwear currently based out of Toronto, Ontario. All of our items are made and designed in Canada. Therefore, we only sell garments of the highest quality clothing for women and men.

ABOUT THE DESIGNER
From a young age Arlene believed in following the oldest of ideas; doing what you love and loving what you do. Not one to believe in failure, she left home at an early age to pursue her education at the International Academy of Design in Toronto, relying on her diligence, motivation, and hard work to pave the way to her successful career in the fashion industry.
In 2007, Arlene opened her design studio and officially launched her clothing line, Morph Clothing. Effortlessly mixing Japanese street wear with cyber punk and the underground, Arlene has been hailed as one of the up-and-coming new fashion designers by Gothic Beauty Magazine - proving to all that her creativity and passion are unparallelled. "My work is an extension of myself. I'm always taking steps to move forward, to grow, learn, and evolve as a designer. I believe in expressing the same through my work".

FEMALES - HOW TO MEASURE YOURSELF
Bust
- With your arms at your side, place the tape measure around the fullest part of your chest, under your arms.
- Make sure that the tape measure remains parallel to the floor.
- The length indicated on the tape measure is your bust measurement.
Waist
- While standing, wrap the tape measure around your natural waistline.
- Keep the tape comfortably loose.
- The length indicated on the tape measure is your waist measurement.
Hips
- While standing with your feet together, wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of your body between your waist and your knees. This is approximately 8 inches below your waist.
- The length indicated on the tape measure is your hip measurement.
MALES - HOW TO MEASURE YOURSELF
Neck
- Place two fingers between your neck and the tape measure.
- The length indicated on the tape measure is your neck size.
Arm/Sleeve
- With your arm bent slightly, put your hand on your hip.
- Start the tape measure at the center of the back of your neck.
- Run the tape measure across the top of your shoulder, down to the elbow, and then to your wrist.
- The length indicated on the tape measure is your arm/sleeve length.
Chest
- Standing with your arms at your side, place the tape measure around the fullest part of your chest, under your arms.
- Ensure that the tape measure remains parallel to the ground.
- Place two fingers between the tape measure and your body.
- The length indicated on the tape measure is your chest measurement.
Inseam
- Lay flat a pair of pants that fit you well.
- Using a measuring tape, measure from the crotch seam to the bottom of the pant along the seam.
- The length indicated on the tape measure is your inseam.
Shipping - Order Processing
Please note: Most items are constructed when an order is placed. This normally takes between 2-3 weeks, and is sent out quickly afterwards. If an item is in stock it will usually be sent out in a day or two. Progress of orders can be checked in the User section. We send out a notification by e-mail when items are shipped with any tracking information if available.
Rush orders: if an item is required for a certain date, we will try to accommodate, please e-mail us first to discuss project and viability.
Shipping Fees (all prices in USD)
Orders are shipped from Toronto, Canada. Generally they are shipped by Canada Post with Air Mail or Expedited Parcel service. Xpresspost service is an option for faster delivery at an additional cost. We also reserve the right to use other shipping carrriers at our discretion. Note: Approximate shipping time does not include the above mentioned time to construct orders.

$8 first item + $2 each additional item. Expedited Service (including tracking number and insurance) Shipping time: approx. 6-10 business days.
For Xpress post delivery add $7 to total. Takes from 2-4 business days (dependant upon location) after order has been sent.
United States
$10 first item + $2 each additional item. Expedited Service (including tracking number and insurance) Shipping time: approx. 6 -14 days
For Xpress post delivery add $7 to total. Takes approx. 3-7 business days (dependant upon location).

RETURNS
At this time we are unable to accept returns on an exchange only basis. E-mail us in advance of placing a return. We will give you the address of where to ship returns as well as discuss how to accommodate your exchange. Note the size measurements to make sure your garment will fit when ordering. If you have any questions about fit, please e-mail us with any questions or concerns and we can give you more information about the fit of specific garments.
All items eligible for exchange must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached and no signs of use or having been worn. Return shipping will not be refundable.
If an item appears to have been worn or sent back in a questionable condition, it will be returned to the customer.
If an item is faulty we will gladly exchange it for another at our shipping expense, although return postage will not be re-embursed.

Customer Privacy is a trust that we take very seriously. Our privacy policies ensure that all of information is safe at all times and available on a need to know basis only.
Credit card processing is done by Paypal. This secure online credit card handler is dedicated to using the most current technology to protect your identity and credit.
We will not share any of their information with any outside party. Any information we gather from you is kept strictly for the purposes of crafting your garments and shipping your orders. We will not market to you using this information, unless you request us to do.
All items ship wrapped in a discreet package so that the nature of the purchase can be protected: Models, photographers, participants in our events galleries and members galleries may be asked to allow us to share their information with the public (in the form of credits or links). These parties are never obliged to let us share their information.
